A Dog Burdened by Something Far Too Heavy

When the rescue team from Saahas For Animals first received the report about Masakali, they were told a stray dog had been seen struggling to move.

A skilled surgical team then began the delicate process of separating the mass from the surrounding tissue.

An Astonishing Discovery

When the surgery was finally complete, the size of the mass surprised even the medical team.

The tumor weighed approximately 3.2 kilograms.

For a dog of Masakali’s size, carrying that much extra weight under her jaw must have felt incredibly exhausting.
