A Dog Tied Up With No Way to Escape

When rescuers first arrived, the scene was deeply troubling.

He was bathed with medicated solutions and received regular treatments designed to restore his skin health.

Throughout it all, Pang Hu remained calm and cooperative.

He seemed to trust that the people helping him were there for a reason.

With consistent care and attention, Pang Hu’s condition began improving steadily.
